If you are interested in the Tennessee Titans odds next season, you can consider the following five predictions. Titans showed the big moves by starting a free agency. It is in full move and the fans appreciate it. The staff members of the Titans are considering all the options to make a big. Followings are the five bold predictions.
5. There will four more Defensive Linemen
Titan is planning to sign Ndamukong Suh and all the indications are showing that there will be some announcement soon. In addition to Suh, Titans will add four by signing two and draft two. There are many talented defensive linemen including Dominique Easley, Nick Fairley, Bennie Logan, and Johnathan Hankins. Titans might sign two or draft two or can sign four depending on the condition.
4. Kevin Dodd might not be Seen
After the Rookie season, the Titans fans were creating many speculations about Kevin. When some believed that he will not be seen in the next session, others were still hopeful about his performance. Now nothing can be said for sure. But yes, Dodd might leave before Klug. Titan might plan to cut him that will ultimately lead to a specific amount of the dead money.
3. Aaron Wallace will take Care of Defense
Aaron Wallace was severely injured in 2017. After the departure of Avery, Titans will need an inside linebacker. It is expected that Wallace will be the right choice. But he will have to compete with Jayon Brown to get his position back and to play next to Wesley Woodyard. The decision is still yet to come. He might get more preference over Jayon Brown. Brown is not a good option to be a three-down starter. Besides, Wallace has the skill to use in multiple positions that will work in his favor. Mike Vrabel, the new head coach, says that the defense will be the front multiplicity.
2. There will be two Wide Receivers
Rishard Matthews is the one veteran receiver who leads with three years rookie contract. But he did not perform in 2017. Both Taywan Taylor and Corey Davis have limited experience of one year. Therefore, it is believed that Titans will choose some big names for the receivers that will include Allen Robinson, Sammy Watkins, and Jarvis Landry. Titans might not spend more on the David to change the type of the receiver. Instead, they will consider other options. Besides, there will be many available options including two former Titans Kendall Wright and Eric Decker.
1. The Titans might Draft a Runningback and Quarterback
Runningback: You might be thinking that they have already two backs Dion Lewis and Derrick Henry. Both of these are capable of being the starters. Why will the Titans need a draft runningback? With a draft runningback, the options will be more. There will be some flexibility. Henry would be the best fit for this position. Some other names are Kerryon Johnson, Nick Chubb, John Kelly, Bo Scarborough, and Royce Freeman.
Quarterback: Titans are looking for a solid backup quarterback for the late rounds of the draft. Jon Robinson, the general manager of the Titan, can be a great support soon after ending his four-year contract as the coach.
